Our Instant Cash® cards and Instant Cash & Check® cards allow members easy access to their accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Members can get cash, check balances and transfer funds at Instant Cash, Cirrus and VISA® ATMs worldwide.* There is no surcharge when members use their cards at a Highmark or on-premise Wells Fargo ATM. (These on-premise WF locations in the Rapid City area include: 825 St. Joseph St., 1016 Mtn. View Rd., 1035 E. St. Patrick St., 520 N. Ellsworth Rd at EAFB, and 7489 N. Hwy. 79 in Black Hawk).
Highmark subscribes to a credit union owned network system of over 30,000 ATM's nationwide. This can be helpful to you if you are across town or across the nation.

Lost or Stolen Cards
In the event you lose your Instant Cash® card or Instant Cash & Check® card, please call Highmark at (605) 716-4444 or 1-800-672-6365 to report it as lost or stolen.
