Highmark Federal Credit Union is seeking an individual with exceptional "people skills" and a positive attitude to fill a full-time Teller position in Rapid City. This position handles a variety of transaction requests and cross-sells credit union products and services. Cash-handling experience is helpful but not required, sales experience is preferred.

The PFA serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union in providing account information and a variety of transaction services to members.  Interviews loan applicants and cross sells credit union products and services.  The individual is responsible for processing loan applications and other documentation necessary for completing loan files, funding approved loans, and maintaining lending department files. Responsibilities also include opening accounts, renewing certificate accounts and assisting members with any and all questions or problems that arise.  This individual attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for members, and provides professional, courteous service to all members.

Education & Experience: High school graduate or equivalent with member services, loan training, and/or lending & member service designation/certification preferred. Strong Sales experience in related field is preferred, with six months to one year related experience in lending and/or member services with full-service financial institution and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
