Available Positions:

Highmark Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated individual to greet members and guests in-person and on the phone, identifies needs and refers them to the appropriate team member to assist them with their financial transactions or business needs. Identify and act on member needs and recognize opportunities to refer appropriate products and services. Assists members with self-service or other non-cash functions, such as coin machine, history print-outs, address changes and electronic applications on iPad or PC to support the mission, vision, strategic plans and goals of HFCU.

To assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Receives and processes customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and cashier checks to members; transfer amount from member accounts as directed. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. Posts transactions to member accounts and maintains member records. Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs member to appropriate department for specific information and service. Cross-sells Credit Union services. Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone to conduct tasks such as wire transfers, stop payments, and address change notices

This is done by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. A key component of this service is to identify the needs of each member you assist and suggest the credit union products and services that will improve their financial life.

In addition, assists members and potential members with their financial needs, opens and closes membership accounts, savings and checking accounts, processes account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance and information regarding products and services in-person or by telephone, mail, email or other electronic means.
