Highmark Federal Credit Union offers full-time positions as well as several levels of part-time positions.

Available Positions:

Serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union in providing account information and a variety of transaction services to members. Interviews loan applicants and cross sells credit union products and services. Responsible for processing loan applications and other documentation necessary for completing loan files, funding approved loans, typing adverse action letters, maintaining lending department files. Responsible for renewing certificate accounts and assisting members with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for members. Provides professional, courteous service to all members. Assists Personal Financial Associate I as needed. Reviews and decisions loans that exceed loan limits of PFA I up to PFA lending authority.

Responsible for directing and administering the operational, lending, and business development efforts of the Branch. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Develop and implement processes and procedures for effective operation. Shares some training responsibilities, directs, and supervises Branch staff. Responsible for achieving branch goals and objectives as directed by the Executive Management Team. Cross sells credit union products and services exceeding PFA I/II and PFO levels.
