Lost or Stolen Cards

Has your ATM or Debit Card been LOST or STOLEN? Contact Highmark FCU immediately if your card has been lost or stolen at 800-672-6365 or 605-716-4444.

A Highmark staff member is available to help during our regular business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For after hours or on weekends, report a lost or stolen ATM or Debit card by calling 1-800-543-5073.

International: 727-570-4881 (check country dialing code).

Please be aware that you will need to contact a Highmark staff member at 800-672-6365 or 605-716-4444 on the next business day to order a replacement card.

Highmark's ATM and debit cards allow members easy access to their accounts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.* Members can get cash, check balances and transfer funds at our extensive network of ATMs worldwide. Highmark does not charge on your first eight ATM withdrawals each month when using ATM from within our network.

The ATM/debit card reduces the need to carry cash and often takes less time to use than waiting to see a teller. Save time and money with our combination ATM/debit card, which is accepted as a fast, easy, safe way to pay for purchased at VISA merchants worldwide. Instead of writing a check, the funds are automatically withdrawn from your checking account.

How Using Your Card Affects Your Balance

Highmark operates on a “live” balance system. This means when you use your card as a POS (point of sale) the amount of the transaction is deducted from your current balance. Available balance = the current balance – authorizations for purchases that have not cleared. If you use your ATM card the money is deducted immediately.
